I’ve been sharing a lot of heart healthy meals with all of you because this is what my husbands diet is now and I thought maybe they would inspire others to eat healthier. One of the things I truly believe is eating “healthy” or “heart healthy” doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. With my own limited energy I also like to make things as easy as possible on myself. So today I bring you a very simply yet “heart healthy” lunch. Enjoy!
2 Tbsp No Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Sliced, diced or crushed pineapple
1 or 2 Ripe Peaches
Mix cottage cheese and pineapple together and enjoy for a light healthy lunch!.
